Spa Policies

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ advance notice. If you reschedule within 24 hours, your credit card will be charged 50 percent of the full service value. In the event of a “no-show” you’ll be charged 100 percent of the full service value. 

Privacy:

All personal information remains confidential. The therapist will leave the room before and after the massage while you change.

Age Requirements: 

Massage is available to clients of all ages. The benefits range from skeletomuscular relief to decreased anxiety and improved focus. All clients under the age of 17 will need written parental consent. Parents are encouraged to be in the room with their kids to supervise and ask questions!

Gift Certificates:

We are unable to replace lost or stolen gift certificates.

Prices:

Our prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment at 254.644.1158 or email [email protected].

Inappropriate Behavior:

We ask that our therapists are treated with respect. Any inappropriate requests, comments, or jokes will result in a termination of the session. You will still be charged for the full service. 

Licensing:

All our massage therapists are licensed in the State of Texas, and copies will be available upon request.

Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
